How do you extract water from fruits?

I’m doing an experiment for school that is required to graduate. My topic is “the water content of different fruits”. So far, I’ve looked online for a way to extract water from fruits online but nothing could be found. And also I don’t want to use a dehydrating machine because that would be cheating. Could someone please give me some advice?? Please?! Thank you [:

    I don’t understand how using a dehydrating machine would be cheating since that is the best way to measure the water content.

    Another way I can think of is to weigh the fruit then put it in a juicer and weigh the amount of liquid it produces. But there is a considerable amount of error in this.

    how about cutting the fruit in slices, weighing them, heating them in the oven until dry, and then weighing them again.
